I loved the place, everything was perfectly fine. A double room was immaculately clean and large had feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge worked well.

The location was particularly good for me, in the middle of jackson. Also, it was 3 miles from Falcon Valley Golf Course.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

Our stay was enjoyable with a clean and quiet room. We appreciated the friendly personnel and comfortable bed. The location provided a nice view from the room, linked to apps on TV and had a satisfying breakfast with soccer group rates. The room facilities were nice, though only 2 towels and no hand soap, we didn't face any inconvenience.

The hotel location was inconvenient, requiring a 40-minute wait for an 8-minute Lyft ride, and no shuttle service was provided.

Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of being able to link our favorite apps to the TV for entertainment. our stay was enjoyable.

Although there were a few shortcomings, the room was quiet and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. I would still recommend Four Points By Sheraton Kansas City for its comfortable accommodations and pleasant atmosphere.

My room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Besides, the view from my room was fantastic, and I enjoyed it a lot. I also liked that the hotel had great facilities like transportation and parking, which were convenient for my stay. Everything was fantastic at this hotel. I had no negative experience during my stay. The service, facilities, and location were all great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the view that our room offered. It was nice being able to link our apps to the TV to watch our favorite shows. The personnel was friendly as well.

We were disappointed as the website said complimentary breakfast, however, it was only for certain occasions. we found only two towels and washcloths in the room which was inconvenient.
